We offer a service of property management (apartment management, office management and commercial property management) including selecting suitable tenants, handling payments, preparing the property for rent on behalf of the client, ongoing handling of maintenance defaults, dealing with the house committee, and more.

This service is offered to proprietors who desire to manage their real estate assets in Israel, either because they live abroad and/or because they prefer that professional factor that would handle the management issues for them.

We offer two different plans of property management services for our client’s properties:

“The Gold Package”   “The Platinum Package”
  • Finding compatible tenants for the property;
  • Negotiating and handling rental agreements;
  • Receipt of the rent and the collaterals for the client;
  • Reporting to the Municipality, the Water Corporation and the IEC (Israel Electric Corporation) in order to transfer the charges so they will be in the name of the tenant.
  • Handling of the extension of rental agreements;
  
  • The entire content of “The Gold Package” in addition to;
  •  Management of escrow account for the client, tracking the depositing of the rent, carrying out payments required from the account and transferring funds abroad, in accordance with the client’s instructions;
  • Handling defaults and repairs in the apartment (using professionals);
  • Finding an accountant (if necessary) and assisting him with the submission of an annual report and payment of tax in respect of the rent;
  • Handling the insurance of the property (working with an insurance agent);
