In the past, Adv. Zichlinski served on the legal counseling team at Bank Leumi Ltd.
Since 2007, Adv. Zichlinski has served as head of Discount Mortgage Bank’s Corporate Division. Among other issues, he has been responsible for bank financing of enterprises and approval of credit for commercial properties.
Adv. Tali Kessler has vast experience in bank financing of construction projects, accrued in years of service in Mercantile Discount Bank’s Construction Support Division.

- Auditing and receiving a draft of the baseline report (“stage 0 report”), including recommendations for improvement of presentation;
